Hailing from the beautiful Pacific Coast of Ventura County, California, my journey in the beauty industry began at the age of 19. In 2008, I enrolled at Paul Mitchell The School Santa Barbara, where I received a solid foundation in hair care and styling under the renowned Paul Mitchell Systems. I was fortunate to learn from a variety of educators who had also trained at Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy, each imparting their diverse skills and deep industry knowledge. I graduated as a Phase Two Advanced student in 2010, and upon earning my California State license, I knew I had discovered my true purpose.

   Driven by my passion for art and fashion, I continued my education in Innovative Marketing at the Art Institute of Santa Monica, all while completing an 18-month assistant program at Oceanne Salon on the stunning Malibu Coast. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of assisting at several top-tier salons in West Los Angeles, including Salon Kazumi Beverly Hills and Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood. Working alongside and apprenticing with reputable colorists has allowed me to refine my techniques and gain the experience that shapes my work today. I also believe in the importance of continuous education, staying ahead of trends and mastering the latest products to provide the best service to my clients. 

 

   My philosophy is rooted in creativity and innovation, with a special focus on color formulation. I have a deep love for natural tones and soft blonde blends, which I affectionately refer to as #mock-naturals. No two colorings are ever the same for me; each is meticulously customized to suit the individual client's features, personal style, and lifestyle. I also provide tailored advice on daily styling and maintenance routines to ensure healthy hair and a seamless grow-out, which I believe are the keys to consistently great-looking hair.

By blending my expertise in beauty, fashion, art, chemistry, and personal social skills, I aim to make this site both simple and entertaining for anyone to learn from and enjoy. My purpose is to enhance beauty and confidence through my art form, and I hope to inspire and empower you on your own hair journey.
